- Tridasa Realty Ventures shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, costs, or expenses in connection with or arising from this My Kutumbam Contest, or the redemption or use of the Prizes.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tridasa Realty Ventures reserves the right to use the winner's image, photograph, name, and likeness in post-promotion publicity material and in advertising, marketing, or promotional material in any media, by any means, throughout the world for any purpose connected with Tridasa Realty Ventures' products/services without additional compensation or prior notice. All participants consent to the same.
- Copyrighted, obscene, provocative, or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. Tridasa Realty Ventures retains sole discretion in determining what constitutes inappropriate content.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and any advertising, promotional, publicity, or other materials related to this promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes. The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tridasa Realty Ventures reserves the right to substitute either any part of the Prize or the entire Prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
- Incomplete or inaccurate information, failure to submit proof of identification and/or original confirmation number upon prize collection, or failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in disqualification. Tridasa Realty Ventures reserves the absolute discretion to disqualify participants for reasons including, but not limited to, non-compliance, bad faith, fraud, or other legitimate grounds.
- Multiple entries per person during the contest period will not be entertained.
- Tridasa Realty Ventures reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the contest without notice or liability.
- Tridasa Realty Ventures reserves the right to request proof of a participant’s eligibility if there is doubt over their qualification to participate in the promotion.
- Subject to applicable laws, Tridasa Realty Ventures shall not be liable for any losses, taxes, liabilities, or inconvenience suffered as a result of entering the My Kutumbam Contest or accepting any part of the prize.
- Tridasa Realty Ventures shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms or the My Kutumbam Contest for any indirect, special, or consequential costs, expenses, losses, or damages, even if reasonably foreseeable, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
- Tridasa Realty Ventures accepts no responsibility for difficulties in submitting an entry, including (1) lost, late, or undelivered entries; (2) technical/access issues, failures, or malfunctions; or (3) events that disrupt or corrupt the My Kutumbam Contest.
- Additional specific terms may be imposed by Tridasa Realty Ventures to address unforeseen situations. Participants are advised to refer to such additional terms, which may be announced separately. Tridasa Realty Ventures is not obligated to notify each participant individually.
- Tridasa Realty Ventures may extend, suspend, or terminate the My Kutumbam Contest at any time due to circumstances beyond its control and may substitute any part of the prize accordingly.
- Officials, employees, consultants, and agents of Tridasa Realty Ventures involved in organizing the My Kutumbam Contest are under no obligation to offer advice or services to participants.
- Each participant agrees to indemnify Tridasa Realty Ventures against any losses, claims, costs, or damages incurred due to breach of these terms.
- Participants must ensure that their participation is lawful under Indian law. Tridasa Realty Ventures makes no representation as to the legality of participation for any individual.
- By entering the My Kutumbam Contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Participants consent to the use of their submitted information for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation or approval.
- The decision of Tridasa Realty Ventures will be final and binding.
- Participation in the contest does not constitute a commitment by Tridasa Realty Ventures to select any individual as a winner, nor does it imply future contests will be conducted.

- The My Kutumbam contest is open to all Indian residents residing in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh from the contest start date.
- Eligibility requirements include a valid residential address, contact number, and email ID.
- Active accounts on at least one of the following social media platforms are mandatory: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube.
- Participation in the My Kutumbam contest is purely voluntary.
- Your chances of winning the My Kutumbam contest are higher if you participate, like, share, and follow Tridasa Realty Ventures on all relevant social media platforms.
- Participants must also note that the message “My life shines because of you” or “ I shine in life because of you” should either be said verbally or written in the post for the entry to be considered valid.
- No purchase is necessary to participate in the My Kutumbam contest, and it is open to all.
- Tridasa Realty Ventures shall not charge any amount for participation in the My Kutumbam contest, and the sole criterion for participation shall be submitting entries in the manner stipulated below.
- Employees of Tridasa Realty Ventures and individuals directly associated with the contest, along with their immediate families, are excluded from entering the My Kutumbam contest.
